I bought this battery to replace one that was two years old, The new battery does not maintain a charge as long as the old one did.

This product is a cheap imitation of the authorized and recommended battery. Or, counterfeit wihtout the mask. It is cheap, Chinese junk! Like most things Chinese, this is just a ruse to get your money to their country...

I needed a new batter for my RAZR. With the price of this battery being a small fraction of what it costs from Motorola I was more than a little fearful of it being a knock off. It arrived within a few days of purchase and is a true Motorola battery with the hologram on the back. It works fine. It is only a battery so it can't be that exciting, but I would buy another battery like this in a heartbeat. I don't understand how it can be so inexpensive unless Motorola made way to many and this is overstock. Either way, it works for me.

I was expecting a white battery but it was black. Although, I think it is okay. I am just not sure how long it should last before I have to charge it. I am still figuring that out if it is working enough hours or not. I have to charge it every night but I remember my original battery lasted a bit longer.

This item was stated as new .I should have been Leery at the cheap price but I have never recieved used junk from any of the vendors that I have dealt with at Amazon before This battery was in a sealed plastic bag that the vendor obviously heat shrunk This battery had less life in it than the one I was replacing I followed the charging instructions to a Tee and yet the battery gets continually weaker. It only holds a charge for one day now.
