1) Will your phones work with my service?

All of our phones are unlocked GSM based phones. This means that they ONLY work with SIM card based services.

Phones DO NOT come with a SIM card. A SIM card is provided by the service provider when an account is set up.

They will NOT work with "Sprint", "Verizon", "Alltel", "Metro PCS", "U.S. Cellular" Etc.

There are four bands (frequencies) that a GSM cell phone can support 850 Mhz. / 900 Mhz. / 1800 Mhz. and  1900 Mhz.

AT&T in the United States works on the 850 Mhz. and 1900 Mhz. Bands.

T-mobile in the United States works on the 1900 Mhz. Band, however T-mobile recently started providing free roaming services on the 850 Mhz. band, so for the best reception you will need a phone that works on both bands.

The prevailing bands in Europe are the 900 Mhz. and 1900 Mhz. Bands.

 

2) Are your phones brand new? 

As long as not specified to be refurbished, all of our phones are brand new.

 

3) How do you offer such cheap prices?

In order to offer such competitive prices many of our products are purchased in bulk and are then repackaged by us.

 

4) Are your phones branded?

Some of our phones may contain a logo from a service provider, others are manufacturer unlocked and contain no sign of any service provider.

We do NOT accept returns due to a phone being branded.

If the branding bothers you, you may contact us before purchase to find out if a specific model is branded.

5) Where do you get the phones from?

Our phones come from different locations around the world.

 

6) How much does shipping cost? 

There is a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping.

 

7) Do you combine shipping if I buy multiple items? 

Yes. The flat rate of $4.99 is only charged ONCE for all orders. Any subsequent products are charged $2.99 per item.

 

8) Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska.

NEW: We now ship to Canada as well. Please add to cart to see shipping rates.

 

9) What type of payments do you accept? 

All of our payments are processed through Amazon.com's payment processing system. As such, we never see a customers credit card number.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

 

10) Do the phones come with a warranty? 

Yes. All phones come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Please be advised however that the warranty is valid in the location of the items origin, which is not necessarily the United States. We therefore recommend purchasing a third party warranty.

Third party warranties may be purchased at www.squaretrade.com, they are a very reputable company and they offer the best price around.

 

11) Do the accessories come with a warranty?

Yes, All bluetooth headsets come with a 1 year U.S. Manufacturers warranty.

 

12) Can I cancel my order?
 
Yes. However there is a mandatory $10 - $15 fee for cancelling an order, depending on the value of the purchase.
 
If your order has actually shipped out already, you may NOT cancel the order and there will be a 15% restocking fee for a returned phone.
 
Please make sure that the phone you are purchasing will work with your service provider (Read FAQ Question 1). You are liable for any mistakes in purchase and there will be a $15 fee for the return of an unopened phone.

 

13) What is your return policy? 

VibeCellular will accept returns back for 30 days. Returns will only be accepted where the item is defective. This does not cover water damage or physical abuse.

Our return policy is to replace defective items, if buyer insist on a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all phones and a 20% restocking fee applied to all accessories.


Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason.
 
Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds.

All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage,

Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time there received
 
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging and applicable restocking fees.

 

14) Is it secure to order on the site?  

Yes. All orders are processed through Amazon.com's payment processing system which is secured with top level security.
