What is your return policy?
VibeCellular will accept returns back for 30 days. Returns will only be accepted where the item is defective. This does not cover water damage or physical abuse. Our return policy is to replace defective items, if buyer insist on a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all phones and a 20% restocking fee applied to all accessories.
Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason. Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage,
Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time there received Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging and applicable restocking fees.
Can I cancel my order? Yes. However there is a mandatory $10 - $15 fee for cancelling an order, depending on the value of the purchase. If your order has actually shipped out already, you may NOT cancel the order and there will be a 15% restocking fee for a returned phone. Please make sure that the phone you are purchasing will work with your service provider (Read FAQ Question 1). You are liable for any mistakes in purchase and there will be a $15 fee for the return of an unopened phone.
